What do I need to be a sports coach?

1.  ENJOY WORKING WITH CHILDREN. 
2.  BE ABLE TO TEACH THE FUNDAMENTALS AND/OR ADVANCED MECHANICS   
OF THE SPORT.
3.  FINGERPRINTED (info in school office)
4.  CURRENT CPR/FIRST AID CERTIFICATION.

What do I need to give the school in order to drive players to/ from games?

In order to drive any players (other than your own child) - 
You must have a current copy of your California Driver's License 
(CDL) and currently in force auto insurance policy information on 
file with our school office.

My child plays after school sports, but goes to EDP. What do I need to do to allow them to LEAVE EDP and go to the scheduled practice or game?

BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM FOR 
PRACTICES OR GAMES --
PLAYERS  MUST HAVE CURRENT PARENT PERMISSION INFORMATION ON FILE 
WITH THE EDP DIRECTOR.
