OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

Our community is A-MA-ZING!!!
Together we collected 130 Christmas shoeboxes! Please continue to pray for those children that will be receiving your box of goodness. Our Lord already knows the exact child who will be blessed with your generosity. He is smiling down at you!
We are so excited to share the GOOD NEWS to children in need.
Packing a Shoebox
Step 1: Find a old shoe box or plastic container
Step 2: Determine whether or not your gift will be for a boy or a girl and the age categories of: 2-4, 5-9, or 10-14. Use the boy/girl label that can be found in your brochure
Step 3: Fill your box with gifts for the appropiate age and gender that you chose. Gift suggestions can be found below
Step 4: Please include a $7 Dollar Donation to help pay for shipping and handling costs.
Step 5: Drop off your box(es) at the St. Columban School Office on November 14th - 17th

Gift Suggestions
SCHOOL SUPPLIES: Pens, pencils and sharpeners, crayons or makers, stamp and ink pad sets, writing pads or paper, solar calculators, coloring and picture books
TOYS: Small cars, balls, dolls, stuffed animals, kazoos, harmonicas, yo-yos, jump ropes, etc.
HYGIENE ITEMS: Toothbrush, toothpaste, mild bar soap (in a plastic bag), combs, etc.
OTHER: T-Shirts, socks, ball caps, sunglasses, hair clips, toy jewelery, watches, flashlights
A PERSONAL NOTE: You may enclose a letter to a child and a photo of yourself
DO NOT INCLUDE: Used or damaged items, war-related items, chocolate or food, out-of-date candy, liquids or lotions, medications or vitamins, breakable items such as snowglobes, and aerosol cans
