I’d like to extend a big hello to all incoming third grade families, along with a welcome to third grade!
My name is Mrs. Dare, and this is my sixth year at St. Joseph. I look forward to fostering and
witnessing further progress with this bright and talented group of students! With a B.A. in Liberal
Studies, a B.A. in Child Development, and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, I am eager to help our
‘little ones’ move forward to being responsible citizens in our community!
With its diverse curriculum and opportunity for academic growth, third grade will be an exciting and
challenging year for all! I look forward to helping each third grader meet his or her academic potential
in all the subjects. A combination of teacher, parental and student dedication will be essential in
building the foundation of responsibility and discipline needed in higher grades. With all of us striving
for this common goal, we will see a great deal of growth in the coming year! I am ready and willing to
