Each week students will be given the following:
Vocabulary/D.L.R.
Math/multiplication log
Reading Comprehension (Thursdays)
Read a Good Fit book EVERY day!
One of the following on any given night:
science, social science or grammar
**Students will write their homework in their daily planner. Please don't
forget to sign
planners after your child has completed his/her homework assignments.
**Homework is turned in daily (with the exception of special projects/reports)
and will be turned into the homework file box.
**Incomplete homework will be completed during recess time, library time
and/or computer lab time.
**If students have questions about the homework or do not understand a
concept, they are welcome to stay AFTER school for homework help between the
hours of 2:05 - 2:30.
**Throughout the year I MAY assign special projects and/or book reports. In
that case directions will come home and an assigned due date. You will also
find additional information on my website under "reports".
**Homework is checked for neatness, completeness, and accuracy. Homework may
be scored one of two ways: Students may receive 1,2,3 or 4 (below basic,
approaching, proficient, above proficient) or a percentage, depending on the
nature of the assignment.
