Does Your Child Have Health Insurance?
Healthy Families Website
Statistics show that healthy children attend school on a more consistent basis. Summit Intermediate is participating in a Medi-Cal program that links students and families with health care options. Your child may be eligible for FREE or LOW COST health care which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. You can also contact Healthy Families directly at 1-800-880-5305 or call the school office 909-899-1704

TDAP Immunization
It' the Rule: No Shot = No School!
All students entering 7th and 8th grade next year must provide documentation of current Tdap immunization before they may enter school in the fall. Over 3 million students statewide will need this documentation, so avoid the last minute August rush and bring your verification form to the school office before the end of the school year.
Unfortunately, students who do not have documentation of Tdap established at the school site cannot be given homeroom assignments or class schedules in August.
