Parents, please note that students' online grades are great indicators of
their current academic performance, but are not necessarily final grades that
will be reflected on their report cards. Online grades do not reflect
components like homework completion and effort. For example, if a student's
online Science grade was 89%, but he/she consistently turned in all of
his/her homework and always put forth great effort, the student's grade would
more than likely be raised to an A- on his/her report card. Conversely, if a
student's online grade was 90%, but he/she did not consistently turn in
homework on time, missing multiple assignments over the course of a
trimester, his/her grade would more than likely be dropped to a B+. Missing
homework assignments will be communicated to you in the form of weekly
Late/Incomplete Homework Notices. If you have questions, please ask.
