Why does my e-mail get sent back?

My student is absent from your class and I would like to get any class work or homework.
Students should select two reliable students within their class as study buddies. When a child is absent from school this study buddy can be called for the work that was missed in class. If a student is unable to get an assignment from their study buddy then they may check Teacher Web for any posted work. According to district policy, if a student has an excused absence then the students will get the number of days he/she was absent to complete and turn in the make up work. Any work not retrieved or made up by the student within a reasonable time period will become a zero. Back to Top

I will do my best to keep both the students and parents informed of ongoing assignments via TeacherWeb. However, if for some reason I have a meeting directly after school it may not get posted. My child has a missing assignment posted on Zangle.
A parent can tell if an assignment is missing if in fact there is a score of a zero listed under points possible. If the score is blank then that means the student has not been given credit yet. If there still seems to be a discrepency please send an e-mail for clarification. Back to Top

I have a vacation planned during a test or exam can my child make it up?
In the best interest of your child vacations are unexcused absences. If your child is missing a test due to a vacation the student may not be able to make up the test. This is especially true if the vacation is close to the end of the grading period. Please be aware of the trimester end dates before planning an absence with your child and review the absence policy and make-up work policy. Back to Top
