US History
Room C-1
Throughout the school year we will be studying the history of the United
States from the Revolutionary War to Reconstruction.
-First semester emphasis will be the Constitution
-Second semester emphasis will be the Civil War
Materials
Students are expected to bring everyday:
1. Planner
2. Pen (Black)
3. Binder Paper
4. Three Ring Binder
5. Pencil
6. Colored Pencils
Work Expectations
1. Always use pen (unless otherwise instructed)
2. Write in paragraphs and complete sentences.
3. Turn in work that is neat and not folded more than once.
4. Do your best on every assignment.
5. Turn in work on time.
Late work will not be accepted. When a student is absent they must meet
with me when they return before school, at lunch, or after school.
Grading
A grade should never be a surprise. Work is returned in a timely matter and
grades are posted every 2 weeks. To ensure that mistakes are not made all
retuned assignments should be kept until the end of the grading period.
