Conclusion

Students need to understand that their bodies are like machines that require 
proper fuel and maintenance to run optimally.  This assignment forces them 
to 
think about what they provide the machine in the form of fuel and learn with 
the help of classmates, parents, and staff whether or not the fuel is 
optimal.
