Homework is assigned in class and the students are responsible for
writing their assignments in their binders daily. The homework should
take from 45 to 60 minutes to complete.
If a student does not finish their class work, it then becomes homework.
Reading: Students are required to read a minimum of 20
minutes per night Monday through Friday.
Spelling Packets: Due the day of the Spelling Test, usually on Fridays.
Math: Worksheets assigned Monday-Thursday. Also, unfinished
class work becomes homework.
Language Arts: Unfinished class work may come home to be
completed.
Social Studies: Worksheets are done in class and are assigned for
homework only when not completed in class. Notes on tests are given a few days
before the test for the students to take home and study. I also encourage
students to bring home their textbook to REREAD the chapters if need be.
