What day do the students in your class have Library?

Library is usually Mondays at 12:40 PM. Students are allowed to 
check out one book. They should return the previously loaned book 
on the Friday before or on Monday.

When is music?

Mondays at 12:10-12:40. These classes will start in November because our music teacher is out on maternity leave.

When is P.E.?

All kindergartners go on Tuesdays from 12:25-1:10. On Fridays 
they have room 24 P.E. from 9:05-9:50. Students should wear good 
running shoes.

How do we deal with homework?

Homework is due each Wednesday. Homework should be brought in 
within the Kindergarten journal. This includes math pages, items 
from the monthly calendar, and other homework items. The items on 
the calendar page do not need to be turned in unless the student 
wants me to check it and observe what was accomplished. Math 
pages that do not require written work may have a parent 
signature and then returned.

How do I become a volunteer?

Volunteers need to have proof of a clear TB test, have signed a 
confidentiality form from the school, and have been to a 
volunteer training session with Mr. Hedin.
