Week of February 13-
There will be no school on February 17th and February 20th in observance of
President's Day! Have a great 4 day weekend!
Last week in the Wednesday folder, your child brought home a class
Valentine's list. Your child does not have to pass out Valentines but if
they choose to, they must give a Valentine to every kid. We will pass out
the Valentines on Tuesday, Feb. 14.
Poetry Presentations- next round will be Feb. 23 and Feb. 24

Dear 5th Grade Parents,
For the last few years, we have compiled a special section in the yearbook
for our out-going 5th graders. We compared their current picture from this
year with a picture of them back in kindergarten.
If you would like to participate in this unique way of seeing your child’s
growth, please send in their kindergarten, sports, or picture of him or her
when they were approximately 5 years old.
We would prefer to have these pictures on a CD or print with your child’s
name written on it. Deadline will be Wednesday, February 8th. All pictures
will be returned to you.
You will also be able to write a brief dedication to your child. This needs
to be typed, if possible or printed very clearly.
Thank you for your support in this unique way to acknowledge our wonderful
