Mrs. Ernst
Mrs. Ernst considers it an honor to be a part of the El Camino
Real/Woodbury community for the last 25 years and treasures the friendships
she has been blessed with along the way. Mrs. Ernst lives in Irvine with her
husband, John; three sons, Michael, Thomas, and Brennan; and two puppies;
Molly and Paisley. When she’s not teaching, Mrs. Ernst enjoys relaxing with
her family, reading a good book, shopping at the flea market, or watching a
beautiful California sunset on the beach!
Mrs. Hong
Mrs. Hong has been an educator for over 10 years. She is very honored to
be a part of the Woodbury Elementary team and is excited to begin a new
journey teaching Kindergarten. Mrs. Hong lives in Tustin with her husband,
Louis, and her son, Greysen. During her free time, Mrs. Hong loves to spend
time with her family and friends. She also likes to travel, watch movies,
and eat delicious desserts.
Mrs. Marchese
Mrs. Marchese is delighted and honored to be a member of the Woodbury
family. This is her second year teaching kindergarten, having earned her
degree from CSU Fullerton and credential from CSU Teach - Fullerton. She
LOVES working with students! Mrs. Marchese lives in Irvine with her husband
Bob, their dogs Roxy and Toby, and cats Hannah and Boots. Recent “empty
nesters” their children Michael and Melissa are away at college. Mrs.
Marchese enjoys spending her free time reading, shopping, volunteering, and
especially “hanging out” with her family.
Miss Mossbarger
Miss Mossbarger is delighted to join the Kindergarten team this year and be a part of the Woodbury family for her second year! Miss Mossbarger worked as an Instructional Assistant/Substitute Teacher at Woodbury last year and is one of the coaches for the Mustang Milers after school running program. She earned her teaching credential from CSU Fullerton and her degree from Chapman University where she played soccer on the Women's Soccer team for four years. She lives in Irvine close to her family and enjoys spending time with them. Aside from teaching, Miss Mossbarger enjoys reading, running, playing soccer, snowboarding, and going to the beach.
Mrs. Parker
Mrs. Parker has taught in the IUSD for 30 years and she is so excited to
call Woodbury Elementary her home. She LOVES teaching Kindergarten! For
fun, she enjoys playing tennis, swimming, riding her bike, power walking and
taking her dog, Lacey, down to play at the beach. Mrs. Parker's favorite
people to have fun with are her husband, Dan, and her sons; Braden, Taylor
and Mason.
Mrs. Wang
Mrs. Wang has been a classroom teacher for 13 years and is especially thrilled to be teaching Kindergarten at Woodbury Elementary School. Prior to starting at El Camino Real/Woodbury School 5 years ago, she taught grades Kindergarten through 3rd in Santa Monica. Mrs. Wang received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in education from UCLA, so she is a proud Bruin fan! In her free time, Mrs. Wang enjoys reading, learning new things, and exploring Orange County with her husband, Phil, and daughter, Emily.
