I have wanted to be a teacher since I was five years old. I've had
awesome teachers who inspired me along my journey and I love being able to
pass that along to my students.
I graduated with my Bachelor's at Cal State Long Beach and received my
California Credential at Cal State Fullerton. I earned my Master's at
Concordia University, Irvine. This will be my tenth year teaching at Zion.
Before Zion, I worked in the Long Beach Unified School District for three
years in every grade from kindergarten to sixth.
I have been married for nine years and have two beautiful boys. My
first boy, Joshua, is almost 7 years old and talks my ear off from the moment
he wakes up until he lays his head down on his pillow to go to bed! My other
son, Jacob, is 5 years old and doesn't sit still for a second! I am truly
blessed!
To teach my children about God's love and to show them that learning is fun!
