See me after school or Wednesday or Thursday at lunch.

What do I do if I get a recovery time slip?

Fill in both copies.  Keep one.  Leave the other with me before you leave class.  

Make sure you are in my room the following Wednesday at lunch.
If you get on Wednesday morning, that means THAT DAY.
