When are independent reading logs due?
Usually the last school day of the month. Becasue so many students are involved in a multidtude of extra curricular events, they are asked to read 5 out of 7 nights a week in order to get full credit. Each reading session must be a minimum of 30 minutes for the full credit and logs MUST be signed by a parent/guardian who attests that the information on the log is accurate and true.Back to Top

How can I know what my student is doing in class?
All assignments are posted on this web site--usually at the beginning of the week. Or course, ask to see you student's planner as well! A course syllabus was sent home the first week of school for parent review and a signature.Back to Top

How can I help my student do well in class?
Make sure your student has a place and a time to do homework every night--and ask to see it! Make sure your student is reading on a routine basis for an extended perio9d of time (thus the importance of the independent reading log). Check your student's progress on Snapgrades on a routine basis.Back to Top
