SCHOOL PICTURES DELAYED!
Unfortunately, we recently experienced a systems issue while your order was
being processed and your child’s portraits had to be re-run through our
production facility. This in no way impacted the great images we capture on
Picture Day and we are confident you will be happy with the package you have
selected. However, because of the re-run, you will not receive your order
within our standard service time.
If your child has already been photographed on the original picture day,
please do not send them to the camera on your upcoming re-take day. The
system error has been resolved, and you should be receiving your pictures
within the next week. If at that time the school deems it necessary to have
an additional picture day due to the late delivery, we will work with them to
schedule that.
