The transfer folder is not there, what can I do?
Users at the high school should get a drive mapped
called "Transfer". This drive should map when you log on. If
you do not see it and you know you are connected to the network
try this:
Right Click on "My Computer"
Choose "Map Network Drive"
Using the drop down arrow select the letter "T" for the drive
In the next box type in \\hsjedi\transfer
Select the choice to "Reconnect at Logon"
Click "Finish"
You can use the same process as above to map other drives. Use
the following drive letter and paths:
For district share use drive letter Z
Type in the following path: \\sssd\share$\districtshare
For audiobooks use drive letter R
Type in the following path: \\hsjedi\audiobooks
When I click on the Employees tab on the district web site it asks for a username and password. What do I use?
For the user name type in your email address
For the password type in the password you use to log onto the
network.
I want to view my computer screen on the projector, but their is nothing but a blue screen showing on the projector. Is their something I can do to fix it?
First make sure your projector input is set to "Computer One".
Next on the lower right hand corner of the Taskbar use your mouse
to hover over the icons until you find one that says "Intel
Graphics Media Accelerator Driver". Click to open and then
choose "Graphic Properties". Under Display Devices, change it
from single display to dual display. Set the primary display
to "Digital" and the secondary display to "Monitor".
I have no dial tone on my phone, but the display is normal, what should I do?
Pick up the hand set. Push the greenish/blue button on the top
right hand side of the phone and then hang up the phone. You
should now have a dial tone.
My phone says Local Mode, should I do anything?
Yes. Unplug the phone from the jack on the wall and then
reconnect the phone. Your phone will restart and should go back
to normal. If it stills says local mode, contact your buildings
technical support person.
