SNOWSHOEING
in Exercise Lab
We will be outside enjoying all the snow and beautiful surroundings on our snowshoes.  Please come to class prepared to play in the snow.   We will also be learning some of the history of snowshoeing. 
Hockey in Physical Education 

Hockey falls under striking with a long handled implement in the PE curriculum.  Hockey is a sport that is on he rise in Steamboat Springs.  Check out the rink and a H.S. game at the Howelsen Arena.  Go Sailors!!
