When do the students start wearing their regular school uniform?

The students can continue to wear their summer uniform until October 31st. 
Starting November 1st, the students will begin to wear their regular school 
uniform or their winter uniform.

Can the students have cell phones with them in school?

Students are not allowed to carry cell phones during school hours. Students are allowed to use the phone in the nurse's 
office when it is necessary.

No. Students are not allowed to have these expensive items in school.
