FRIENDS OF MORGAN MUSIC
 
     Parents of Morgan School band and chorus students please join us for our next meeting on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at 6:15 p.m. (please note time change for this meeting) in the Morgan band room.  We meet the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the band room.

BAND CONCERT RECEPTION - We would like to provide band students with light refreshments after each performance as a way of congratulating them for all of their hard work.  We are looking for volunteers to provide baked goods for these concerts.  These items can be dropped off in the band room prior to each concert.  Please contact Cindy Hennessy at 669-2697 if you are able to help out.  Thank you!
 
 
CHORUS CONCERT RECEPTION - We would like to provide chorus students with light refreshments after each performance as a way of congratulating them for all of their hard work.  Volunteer(s) are needed to organize this for these students.  If interested, please contact Cindy Hennessy at 669-2697.  Thank you!      
 
 
HALLADAY'S HARVEST BARN FUNDRAISER - Herb blends, cheesecake mixes, soup mixes, caramel apple dip, apple crisp mix, and cocoa mix.  Our students are currently holding this fund raiser as a way of earning funds to offset their costs for future Morgan music trips.  Fifty to sixty percent of this particular sale goes towards students personal travel accounts!  The sale ends Monday, November 16th.  Orders will be distributed approximately the second week of December.  Please pick up information outside of the band room.  Any questions, please contact Mrs. Darlene Rivard, 669-5658.
 
 
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DRIVE - At this time we are holding our Annual Membership Drive.  FOMM would like to invite all members of the community, as well as all families of Morgan music students, to join our organization.  Please take a moment to think of what the Morgan Music Department means to our school and community.  If you know of a friend or relative who would like to support FOMM by becoming a member, please ask them to send their name, address and telephone number, along with an email address to FOMM, c/o The Morgan School, 27 Killingworth Turnpike, Clinton, CT 06413.  Also consider making a donation to FOMM for the enrichment of our students.  Checks can be made payable to "FOMM" and can be sent to the above address.  FOMM thanks you in advance for your consideration and encourages you to attend the Morgan music concerts.
