REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

 

 1. Read the Summer School General Information, Operating Procedures, Course Offering,         

     Amended 1st Day Schedule,  and Summer School Code of Conduct.

 2. Select the proper course and note the dates and the period it will be taught.
     .5 Credit Courses are taught in either Block 1 or Block 2.
     Please note the proper Block for the .5 Credit Course you are choosing.
 3. Complete both sides of the High School Registration from.
 4. Enclose full tuition payment, check or money order made out to:

 Milford Summer School

 5. A parent signs the Parent Acknowledgement of the Summer School Code of Conduct form.
 6. Mail the signed Parent Acknowledgement of the Summer School Code of Conduct form,
     the Registration form and tuition payment to:
 Richard Wiedl - Summer School Principal
 Joseph A. Foran HS
 80 Foran Rd.
 Milford, CT      06460
     The registration and payment must in received in the main office of Harborside Middle School
     on or before the first day of class.
 7. You may registrer in person at the Summer School Office at Harborside

     June 26th until July 2nd from 9:00am until 12:00noon or at the

     Conference Room at the Paron's Complex on July 1st from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.

 

Refunds

 A full refund will be given if withdrawal from the course is made on or before the first day of class.
 Refunds will not be made under any circumstance after the first class session.
 If a course is canceled, the entire tuition for that course will be refunded.
 If a student is removed for a disciplinary or attendance violation, tuition will not be refunded.
