About The Teacher

I am a  a 1978 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and have 
earned the Certification titles of Certified Executive Chef and Certified 
Culinary Educator through the American Cu;linary Federation (ACF). I am 
also an appproved bench test examiner with the ACF as well as a Certified 
ServSafe instructor and proctor through the National Restaurant Association. 

I have been with the Connecticut Vocational system since 1993 where I have 
served as evening insrtuctor, day instructor, department head, Chairman of 
the State's Culinary Arts steering comming, as well as a co-author of the 
current curriculum and district wide assessments.
