What if I am absent?

If you are absent, it is up to you to see me period 7 for make up 
assignments and remedial instruction...OR get the notes and assignments from 
another student in the class.

Will you accept the assignment late?

Yes. I will always accept a late assignment, but the point penalty will 
depend on why it is late. My advice to you: Hand in your work on time for 
full credit. Or, talk to me and we can work out an alternate deadline that 
is reasonable. Do not take a zero for any assignment. If your homework is 
late and we have gone over it in class, I will give you an alternative 
assignment so that you can earn the credit. Most assignments can be 
submitted late with a point penalty.

Can I listen to my Ipod?

No. I need your full attention. Also, music is mood-altering, and I cannot 
monitor what you are listening to. If music helps you focus, ask me and I 
will play some classical while we work.
