Coordinate donations, order bagels, and serve/clean-up breakfast

8th Grade Activities – Lock In
A fun night for 8th graders to stay overnight at school – work with the Harborside staff to get chaperones, activities, commemorative sweatshirts and snacks for the evening. **Date to Be Determined**

Barnes & Noble Night
Activities and fun for all! Coordinate with Barnes and Noble – music presentation, art show, poetry readings or other such activities on the night of our book fair.

Beautification & School Community Committee
The Committee is active throughout the school year and will be creating classroom banners as needed (2 needed this year) and sprucing up the walls in the front hall of the school.
Need volunteers and a chairperson or co-chairs.

Hospitality Committee
The committee is on-going through the school year.
Need volunteers to coordinate refreshments and food for teacher and/or parent events including coordinating donations for the staff lunch before the December vacation.

Scholastic Book Fair

The committee needs volunteers to setup, cleanup and work the Book Fair. To be held in September.

Magazine Drive

The committe need volunteers during school hours to collect orders and in the evening to enter orders into a spreadsheet. To be held in October.

Teacher Appreciation Week – May
Coordinate ways to say thank you to the teachers at Harborside
