Well into the first quarter, we are deep into various projects ranging from
mythical creature sculptures to mandalas! Look for student art to be displayed
starting the week of October 12th.
Ms. Shainess and I would like to thank all the volunteers who have generously
given of their time in the past to help get the art onto walls to "show off"
the talents of our visual art students! Without your help, we would be working
12 hour days for days on end in order to get work displayed.
We are currently looking for volunteers to form a Fine Arts Committee. The
purpose of this committee would be to get information out to the public
(public relations -town library, town hall, town businesses, etc.), mount
artwork (we train), hang artwork, set up sculpture displays, do labels....AND,
last but not least, PLAN ART SHOWS.
Whether you can give one hour or ten, we are interested in speaking with you!
