If you were unable to attend the Meet and Greet and would like the information
about what will be happening in 7th or 8th grade as well as the newsletter
with my classroom expectations and grading policies, please have your child
pick up the information or email me directly. I will be sure that your child
receives the papers to bring home to you.
Grade 7 Spanish:
The students have just begun exploring their books and the many reasons that
studying Spanish is beneficial to their life and education. They have been
introduced to the lesson 1 vocabulary that will guide them through the
beginning work as well as participating in a fun TPR activity. Be sure to ask
you students about what we have done this week.
Grade 8 Spanish:
The students have completed a review of material from last year to see what
they have remembered. We will be spending the new few weeks reviewing those
areas that are important to making their 8th grade year successful. Your
students should be reviewing the concepts that they have not mastered from
last year so that when the new material is introduced, they do not feel
overwhelmed and lost. Be sure to check with them to see what they are reviewing.
