Menu Project

 

Since you are familiar with quite an assortment of French food, you will be creating your own French menu.  You may use Microsoft Publisher to complete this assignment, or make the menu by hand.

 

You must include the following sections on your menu:

 

Les Hors D’oeuvres

 

Les Entrées

 

Les Boissons

 

Les Desserts

 

 

Prices are written with the euro symbol after:  2€, which means 2 euro dollars.  To figure out the prices in French multiply the American price by .64 and that will give you the equivalent in euro dollars.  For example, a coke might cost $2.00 at an American restaurant, in France, it would cost

1,29€  There is no decimal point in French, it is a comma.  You must also state whether tip is included or not.  Remember if you are saying Nicole’s Restaurant or Café, it is written: 

Le Restaurant (Le Café) de Nicole
