Vocaroo   Online voice recording service that is super easy to use. After recording your voice, you can email the audio file to someone, add it to a blog, wiki or webpage, or save it.

Diffen     Is a site that allows you to type in words to compare and contrast. Information does come from Wikipedia. 

Spezify Type in a word and images and text will appear to help you get new ideas about a topic.  

KenKen  This game was created in 2004 by a Japanese Math Teacher/ They are math puzzles similar to Sudoko type puzzles. 

Picnik  A fast and easy photo editing site. 

Spell It!  Focuses on about 1150 words. The words are divided into sections by language of origin.  Studying the origins of words will help student to learn the rules and spellings of English words. 

News Snippet  Create a newspaper clipping to use as a clipart design on something you are working on.

Spell It    Welcome to Spell It!, the Scripps National Spelling Bee study site created in cooperation with Merriam-Webster. Spell It! focuses on about 1150 words, divided into sections by language of origin. Studying language of origin will enable you to learn and remember several important rules, tips, and guidelines for successfully spelling words in English—the most challenging language of all for spellers!
