When will reading groups begin?

Reading groups will begin during the first week of October. Children who
receive additional reading support will begin working with a reading teacher
in mid-September. Reading groups will be approximately 25-30 minutes
Monday-Thursday. Additional support groups will last approximately 45 minutes
Monday-Thursday. When children are not engaged in a group, they will be
reading, responding to literature, practicing spelling or working on
individual projects.

What is the BEST way to contact you?

I check the note basket everyday. I will TRY my hardest to respond that day,
particularly if it is a pressing issue. I USUALLY check my email daily and
will respond as quickly as I possibly can.

What if my child has a change in their dismissal?

Please send in a note that morning explaining the change of dismissal.
Please note, children may NOT ride a different bus home. If your child is
going to have an ongoing weekly change then one note with that information is
sufficient. Example: Bob has karate every Wednesday so he will be a walker
every Wednesday until further notice.
