Prepare notebook using the following instructions:
1. TOC must have all dates and assignments neatly written on the front.
2. All pages must be numbered with your heading.
3. All pages must be completed with corrections and in order from 1-25.
4. You keep the QGS and your tests and quizzes.
5. Place all pages in your pocket folder to be turned in or use a
binder clip.
6. If you are missing an assignment, check the "Download documents"
page for additional copies, or see the TOC notebooks in room 262.
