Daily Homework
1. Jump Rope.
2. Play Tag.
3. Go for a walk or jog with a Family member or friend.
4. Ride your bike.
5. Have a catch.
6. Dance to your favorite music.
7. Go out and play for at least 60 minutes every day!
8. Shoot some hoops with afriend or family member.
**The Surgeon General and the President's Council on Physical Fitness recommend that children participate in moderate daily physical activity for a minimum of 60 minutes for maximum health benefits.
