My name is Mr. Segers and this is my sixth year teaching at Norwalk High. I
currently coach the JV baseball team here at NHS. I was co-advisor of the
yearbook the previous four years and I also coached freshman basketball for
two years. I am a graduate of Norwalk High and Southern Connecticut
State University, am currently going for my Master's Degree at Sacred Heart,
and I am happy to return to NHS as a teacher and coach.
The mission for this class is to introduce the students to the high school
atmosphere, as well as prepare them for their remaining years at NHS. The
goal for the students in this class should be to work as hard as they
possibly can in an effort to be a successful high school student. With that
in mind, I will structure my class to prepare each student for his or her
future years at NHS.
