Mrs. Luisi's Kindergarten |
Reminder |
* Homework is important. Kindergarten homework is fun and easy. You need to set good standards now while your child is just beginning their school experience. * Backpacks need to be checked everyday for notes, papers your child has done, homework. Please make it a habit to check it when your child gets home. * Portray a positive image of school. How you view school is how your child will also view school. You want your child to love school so they become life long learners. Be excited about their days at school. * Read to your child EVERYDAY! Fit one story in if that is all that is possible. A picture book takes only five minutes to read. I want all my students to develop into strong, fluent readers. This begins at home by reading to your child often. * Make sure your child knows if they have snack and lunch or if they need to purchase it from the cafeteria. This makes the morning routine easier for them. |
