What can I do about being bullied?

Teasing and bullying hurt feelings and everyone has a responsibility to help
stop it from happening. We want all children to feel safe and happy at
Pumpkin Delight School!

FIVE WAYS TO HANDLE A BULLY:

Stay calm and alert. Consider the options and do nothing to escalate the
situation.

Walk away. Fighting isn't worth it. You do not have to prove yourself by
fighting.

Take a non-violent stand. Speak respectfully: "I don't want to fight with
you."

Report it to an adult.

Get away. Find safety or call for help.
