I have lived in Milford for almost thirty years. Since I was a young
student, I wanted to become a teacher. For more than seven years, I was a
first grade teacher in Stratford. This is my ninth year working for the
Milford Board of Education as a kindergarten teacher. I am happy to be working
at a job that brings me much joy and many rewards. My husband, Bob, and I have
raised two children who went through the Milford school system. Our son
Matthew is working as a engineer; he lives and works in Groton, Connecticut.
Bob works as an engineer also. Our daughter, Elizabeth is currently working on
her Masters Degree in special education.
