Hello! My name is Miss Capozzi and this is my third year teaching 5th grade
at Tashua. I am originally from the great state of Massachusetts, which
naturally means that I am an avid Rex Sox fan. I come from a long line of
teachers who have taught me the ropes over the years, which is why I attended
Providence College (Go Friars!) and received my degree in Elementary &
Special Education.
Aside from teaching my fifth graders fun facts about Massachusetts, I also
enjoy reading in my spare time. During the summer months, you can find me at
the Jersey shore with my family where I love to catch-up with my brothers and
relax. Whether I am on the beach enjoying the latest must-read or teaching
students in Room 15, you can often catch me reciting my mantra, "If that's
your biggest problem, life is good."
My mission for Room 15 is to create a safe and caring environment where all
students feel comfortable taking risks. I work diligently to foster a
community built on respect and kindness. Kindness Counts in Room 15!
