Homework is assigned nightly from Monday to Thursday.
All students are expected to read for at least 20 minutes. (This will
increase to 30 minutes as the year goes on.)
In addition, spelling and math homework can be expected.
Occasionally, students will be expected to complete a short social
studies or science assignment as well.
Also, there are weekly spelling tests and multiplication fact quizzes on
Fridays. Students are expected to prepare all week for these assessments.
They should be practicing math facts nightly.
