The "Reading Lady" is actually a "reading specialist" who has developed a
wonderful site that is a resource for parents and teachers alike. When you
bring up her website, on the left hand side of the home page is a selection
of areas that she focuses on. Her readers theatre scripts are particularly
fun and helpful for students to practice their fluency with. If a student is
able to read the character's dialogue with proper emotion, it indicates that
the child is comprehending the story. These scripts are based off of real
texts which are familiar to many children.
