Worcester Sharks Game Fundraiser: The TMS PTO is sponsoring a music fundraiser for the entire school. The chorus will be performing the National Anthem at the Sharks game on Friday, February 24th at 7:30pm. A percentage of each ticket purchased through the PTO will go to the TMS music department!! This is sure to be a fun night for the whole family and a fantastic performance experience for our chorus members! Tickets are $13 each and order forms can be found on the music bulletin board. All completed order forms/payment must be given to the TMS office by February 13th. This is not a field trip and all students going will need their own transportation.

5th Band Recess Lessons: Beginning Tuesday, February 14th all band members will be receiving smaller group instruction during one recess period during their seven day cycle. The schedule is:

Day 1: Brass
Day 2: Woodwind
Day 3: Percussion

After School Lessons: As a reminder, Mr. Leclerc offers free after school lessons to any student. Please arrange a lesson at least one day in advance. Lessons will run from 2:15-3:00 and students will need their own ride home.

5th Grade Band Practice Chart: The 5th grade band has begun using a practice chart to document their at home practicing. The goal is to practice 5 days a week for 20 minutes each day. Each practice session must be initialed by a parent and both student and parent signatures are needed before handing in. Practice charts will be handed in to Mr. Leclerc every Monday morning, even if it's not a band day. New charts are then picked up by the students to use for the new week. I will have extra copies on my bulletin board and you can also download your own chart at the 'Documents' link in the black box. Please contact me if you have any questions.
