Jes' Bottle

Jes used a combination of several
glazes on this piece. Layered
glazes yield subtleties in the
surface. Terra-cotta 8" in height.

Jes used stoneware clay with semi-
matte glazes on this bottle.

Megan's Jug

Megan is working with bulbous
forms and experimenting with
various relationships between the
lip and body. Terra-cotta 6" in
height.

Tom's Bottle


Tom also used a combination of
glazes on this piece. To chose a
fattened and rounded lip which
echoes the bulbous form of the
body. Terra-cotta 8.5" in height.

Katie's Bottle

Katie made this jug. She is
experimenting with handles and
their relationship to form and
function.

This is Katie's first pitcher.
Katie is a first year Ceramics
student. She used a combination
of glazes on this unique design
soolution. Terra-cotta, 3.5" in
height.

Jesse's Jug

Jesse added a delicate detail to
the shoulder of this piece.
Porcelain with Temoku glaze. 8"
in height.

Jesse's Vase

This piece is porcelain and
features a wax pattern with
carvings and a Temoku glaze.
