The mission of The Greater Trumbull Monroe Regional Head Start Center is to provide quality family centered comprehensive services to children and families in our program. The Greater Trumbull Monroe Regional Head Start Center is committed to a comprehensive program consisting of: Family and child services for all family members. Inclusion of parents in the implementation and development of program and policies. Advocacy and support for families. An enhanced collaboration between and among family and child service agencies to improve the knowledge and responsiveness of these agencies to the needs of the children and their families.
