Students have been issued the new Exploring Earth's Weather Science
textbooks. Each student has their own book that they must cover and bring
to class every day!
Homework:
5/11- Finish composition work (CH 2 section 3, pgs 69-76 2 key terms and 1
bold statement; pg 75 1-5)
5/14- Finish CH 2 Review pg 80-81- All classes were given at least 25 minutes
in class to begin this assignment (MC 1-8; T/F 1-8; CMapping; CMastery 1,2,6;
CT 2 only); Bring textbook, binder and cmposition notebook to class every day!
5/15- Finish CH 2 Review pg 80-81- All classes were given an additional 15
minutes in class today to work on this assignment (MC 1-8; T/F 1-8; CMapping;
CMastery 1,2,6; CT 2 only); Bring textbook, binder and cmposition notebook to
class every day!
5/16- Complete WS CH 1 What is Weather?; Bring textbook, binder and
composition notebook to class every day!
5/18- Complete WS What causes climate? CH 2; Bring textbook, binder and
composition notebook to class every day!
5/21- Compelete study guide for test Thursday, except section "Earth's
Atmosphere"; Bring textbook, binder and composition notebook to class every
day!
5/22- Study for test Thursday; Bring textbook, binder and composition
notebook to class every day!

Binder/Composition Notebook check:
Week of 5/29: Binder and composition notebook checks.
Binder check - includes table of contents in the front of the science section
of their notebook and up-to-date to current unit. All papers should be in
the correct order and should have page numbers in the upper-right hand corner
of the page.
Composition Notebook check - includes any assignments required to be
completed in the composition notebook for the 4th Quarter.
