Physical Education class used to have the reputation of being an
easy class that only "jocks" take for credit. Besides being a required
class in middle school curriculum and for high school graduation, PE
can be the doorway our young people need to begin living a healthful
lifestyle...NOW! Many adults who have serious health issues were
overweight and inactive kids. Seeing this trend in our society should get
us moving in the right direction...to educate our students about physical
activity and help them realize that the desicions they make now will
affect them later in life.
