From The Health Office.  Yearly state mandated scoliosis screenings will be
taking place in the Health Office beginning on or after Wed., January 18th,
2012.  Notices were mailed last Friday to all parents.  Students who have turned
in physicals documenting scoliosis screening by a doctor since August, will not
be screened.  If you do not want your child screened for any reason, the form
excusing him (or her) must be signed in the appropriate place and returned to
the nurse this week.  It is recommended that if your child already is under the
care of a doctor for diagnosed scoliosis, that they also be excused from the
