Ms Brudnick is from Boston, MA. She received her undergraduate degree in
history from American University and her Master's degree in teaching from
Simmons College in Boston. The 2011-12 school year will be her 12th year
teaching at Janney. She taught 1st grade for 5 years, 2nd grade for 1 year,
and Kindergarten for 5 years. Ms. Brudnick and Mrs. Watson have taught
Kindergarten together for the past 5 years and are looking forward to this
new Pre-K adventure.
Ms. Brudnick got married last summer in Boston. Her married name is now
Mrs. Sherman, although most of former students know her as Ms. Brudnick.
During her free time Mrs. Sherman enjoys baking, shopping, exercising, going
to movies, and traveling. This past summer she went to Ireland and had a
great time! Mrs. Sherman is a also huge fan of the Boston Red Sox and AU
basketball games which she attends regularly.
She is looking forward to another great year!
