| There is very little homework associated with this class. However, on some
occassions, students will be given a homework assignment to read and
complete worksheets that we were not able to finish in class. Students are
also asked to show the course syllabus, classroom rules and procedures and
student expectations to their parent/guardian and obtain a signature on
these documents to be returned to school for extra credit.
Additionally, students are strongly encouraged to prepare and study for all
written assessments. There will be approximately 5-6 quizzes given during
this class and students should prepare themselves by studying their class
notes and all handouts/materials that they receive in class.
If students have access to computers at home, they are encouraged to
practice warm-up drills and other skill building material to strengthen
their keyboarding skills, speed and accuracy. Materials are available for
students who desire to work on improving their skills.
