Dear Parents, You are cordially invited next Friday, Jan. 27, to a Chinese New Year/Asian Festival party that we are having in our classroom! The party will be from 1:30-2:30pm. Students will be bringing in a food dish that is commonly made in the country that they chose. We have 29 different Asian countries that will be represented! They should have picked out a recipe in preparation for this. There are many Asian groceries in the area where certain ingredients can be found if they are not available at your local grocery store. We will keep cool things in the refrigerator, however warm foods will need to be kept warm in a crock-pot that the kids should bring in on that day.
