About The Teacher.....
Mrs. Hope Flemming

* Was born and grew up in Antigo,Wisconsin..... 
       lived in  York, Pennsylvania for  15 years. 
       moved to Florida in August, 2001.
* Have obtained a Masters Degree plus 80 
       extra credits and am Certified for 
       teaching Gifted and ESOL Students. 
       I love to continue to learn !
*Have taught first, second, third, fourth  
       and fifth grades for 22 years.
*Married to Gary, he is the national window representative for 
       YKK Products.			 
*Have two children.....	
	
-Ryan earned his degree in International Business 
       and Finance from Penn State, and is a Corporate 
       Treasury Analyst in Washington, D.C., one block 
       from the White House! Ryan was married to Sara in November :)	
	
-Natalie earned her degree at School of the Visual Arts in 
       New York City in Photography and Publishing...
       and was employed as a producer for NIKE, Levi's and other 
       ad campaigns in Portland, Oregon. Now in March of 2011,
       Natalie moved to LA as a producer at a creative studio "72 and
       Sunny"!
    
*My other interests are flower gardening, walking, biking, 
       swimming,going to the beach,and traveling. 

           My Educational Philosophies....

HIGH EXPECTATIONS......Students will “rise up” to meet them.
RESPONSIBILITY.........Self control for the real world!!
SELF-DISCIPLINE........Discipline yourself so no one else has to.
CARING.................Our classroom should be a safe haven from 
                       outside problems and concerns.
ORGANIZATION...........time management....Feels great!!!
FOLLOW OUR RIGHTS......that we deserve in our classroom.
GIVE STUDENT CHOICES...within parameters/reason.
EXPLANATIONS/REASONS...whenever students wonder why.

Mission For The Class

  Learn the most you possibly can every day; Be respectful and BE NICE to 
your classmates and teachers; Have a positive attitude; Use your deeper level
thinking skills; Don't give up; Have fun and enjoy school!!
