2. Journals.

Each day student answers a question from the white board and records. Student will write question and answer with date and day for each. Journals will be collected and graded weekly. Absent days can be made up first day back student returns to school, each day is worth 20 points.

3. Student returned graded work assignments.

Students keep graded work assignments by oldest first in chronicle order by date.

4. Homework.

Students keep homework assignments by oldest first in chronicle order by date. Some homework assignments are not collected for grade, however are needed as a research tool for students future assignments.

5. Notes.

It is the responsibility of each student to record in their notes section, instruction, announcements, information, lessons, assignments, projects, research information, due dates etc. from the white board, everyday or as often as new items are listed, added or changed, week advance work is scheduled as well. Maintaining student notes are especially important for when students are absent from school, in order to keep on top of class work, maintain a good grade and to know what is going on in class, all the time. Any and all uncompleted or missed class work can be completed at home for homework, students can also refer back to their table or their leader for notes that were changed while they were absent, and record what was changed in the beginning of class after journal time. Notes are extremely important and helps students build good study habits as well.
